We've set up this house with fun activities for your whole group, including a large backyard with putting green, ping pong table, pool, and grill. Inside, we have two family friendly spaces, great for socializing. Located in northern Scottsdale, our retreat is within 10 min to TPC Scottsdale (home of the WM Phoenix Open), Kierland Commons (shopping and dining), WestWorld, and Desert Ridge Marketplace. Oldtown Scottsdale is ~25 min away. ENTRY ROOM ★ Shuffleboard ★ Seating for 5 Upon entering Hart of the Desert, you are greeted by a welcoming entry room. Great for socializing, afternoon coffee, or a game of shuffleboard. LIVING ROOM ★ 65 Inch Smart TV ★ Seating for 5-6 Our bright living room is situated next to the kitchen and also leads to the patio area, creating a communal and social space. Kitchen is between the entry room and the living room, creating a open environment for the house. Our primary bedroom offers a direct exit to the backyard through a side door. The private bathroom has a stand-alone tub, shower heads and high-end dual vanities. There is also a walk-in closet ★ King bedroom sleeps 2, 45 inch TV. ★ Queen bedroom sleeps 2 ★ Twin Bedroom with two beds sleeps 2 ★ Hallway bath for 3 of the bedroom guests to share Enjoy a restful night in any of our bedrooms. We use the high quality Standard Textile linens for a great night of sleep. Enjoy our backyard space in one of the sunniest cities in the US! NOTE - There is a built in hot tub, however this is not in service for guests for the summer season. POOL DISCLAIMER By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the pool is NOT supervised. Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times. Booking this property means you consent to these words. CABLE TV Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook GRILL We have a propane grill outside ready for use! PACK N PLAY We offer a Pack N Play for our guests with children! Please request prior to your stay so that we can set it up for you. We work with BabyQuip if you would like additional baby equipment SECURITY We have installed a doorbell camera and cameras at the sides of the house facing the gates. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the backyard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in HOUSE RULES UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. PHOENIX REGULATIONS The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is STR-2024-003452. Guests acknowledge that they may be liable for up to $2,000 to cover the costs of police response to the property pursuant to section 2-22 of the Phoenix City Code. To comply with Phoenix city regulations, we have partnered with Safely for our guest verification process. By choosing to stay with us, guests agree to the following statement: I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation.
