Moonrise Homes LLC was born out of a genuine love for travel and a deep appreciation for the hospitality industry. With my background as a securities analyst on Wall Street and a data analyst for a tech start-up, I’ve always been captivated by the thrill of exploring new destinations. This passion led me to embrace the role of Chief of Staff to the COO and Executive Director of Operations at an international experiential hotel company, where I played a pivotal role in taking the company public and overseeing operations across 12 countries.
Throughout my journey in the industry, I had the incredible opportunity to personally experience over 50 Airbnb and hotel properties within a span of just two years. These experiences ignited a strong belief in the power of creating truly memorable and exceptional guest experiences. Inspired by these insights, I am absolutely thrilled to introduce Moonrise Homes LLC and offer high-quality experience-based rental management services to homeowners.

Story of Moonrise Homes
Eudora’s earliest memory is watching the Moonrise in the Southwest at the young age of 3. It was so bright and large, it left her in awe!
At Moonrise Homes, we seek to deliver experiences that facilitate memories for our guests. It is easy in our modern world to get caught up in the grind, and at Moonrise Homes, we want to bring back celebration and fun. After an action packed day, we seek to offer you a cozy stay under the Moonlight, with the hope that you create new memories with your loved ones.
Our Team
As a securities analyst on Wall Street and data analyst for a tech start-up, Eudora spent her early career diving into finance and analytics. She was drawn to the excitement of travel, and she became Chief of Staff to the COO and Executive Director of Operations of an international experienced-based hotel company. She played a pivotal role in taking the company public and overseeing operations across 12 countries.
She became the ultimate Airbnb and hotel guest staying in over 50 properties in 2 years where she learned the importance of delivering a memorable experience. This inspired her to launch Moonrise Homes, born out of genuine love for travel and a deep appreciation for hospitality.
John Elson has been a licensed property inspector since 2003. Over the past 20 years, he has performed more than 4,000 inspections on every type of residential construction. He has held a License with the State of Arizona since 2005 and previously held a License with the State of Illinois. John has been an ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Certified Inspector for nearly 20 years.
John is also an Arizona Licensed KB-2 General Contractor and is qualified as a builder in both residential and light commercial projects. John has served as Project Leader on many residential and commercial building projects, including complete residential remodeling, property flips, grey shell build-outs and short-term rental spaces.
John’s prior experience includes many years at the Director and Principal level in the corporate world. Many years ago, John gained experience in both high-rise construction and municipal water and sewer.
John is passionate about delivering excellent client service. As an avid international traveler, he understands the importance of creating the optimal guest environment for short-term renters.
Greg Elson has been an Arizona licensed realtor since 2013 and a licensed property inspector since 2015. He has performed more than 2,000 inspections on every type of residential construction. He has held a License with the State of Arizona since 2015. Greg has been an ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Certified Inspector since 2017.
Greg is also an Arizona Licensed KB-2 General Contractor and is qualified as a builder in both residential and light commercial projects. Greg has served as Project Leader on many residential and commercial building projects, including complete residential remodeling, property flips, grey shell build-outs and short-term rental spaces.
Greg brings a very unique combination of licenses/experience as Realtor, Inspector and General Contractor to our diversified client base. This makes him an ideal partner for property investment clients.
Greg is highly client-centric and strives to provide each guest with an outstanding short-term rental experience.
It takes a full team to keep our homes well maintained and in great condition. We work with small business owners across the valley, from maintenance such as HVAC / Plumbing to Cake & Flower deliveries!

We only deliver homes that we would want to stay in ourselves! We are NOT managers that sit behind a computer all day. We are physically located in Phoenix, on site at our properties and frequently conducting inspections. If it means an HVAC repair at 11pm on a Sunday, we will be there for our guests and owners!
