Please be aware that as part of the booking process, you will be required to verify your details and ID through the Know Your Guest platform. Additionally, there is a $30 Accidental Damage Waiver that will be requested. This waiver provides coverage for accidental damages during your stay, up to a maximum of $500. It ensures that you can fully enjoy your time without worrying about minor accidents. Please note that your booking with us is only confirmed once all SuperHog requirements have been successfully completed.
Please understand that as a renter, you are responsible for any charges related to damages that occur during your stay or any additional cleaning required after your departure. We kindly request that you promptly report any accidents or damages so that we can address them before the arrival of the next set of guests. The SuperHog Damage Waiver specifically covers small accidents with a value under $500.
We do not allow large parties and events. All of our homes are in residential areas with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm-8am
If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering within the set guest limits of each respective home, please note this in your booking! We will authorize small gatherings on a case by case basis

While we currently do not allow pets at our properties, we do make an exception for The Sienna House. We appreciate your understanding.
Our properties are family-friendly, and some of our homes are equipped with amenities such as Pack ‘n play/Travel crib and a high chair to accommodate children.
Please note that there are no lifeguards at any of the pools. Please look after your children!
Our check-in time is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. It takes our homes 5 hours to fully clean as many are large properties! If we don’t have a same-day booking, we can honor early or late check-outs, but generally we are booked back to back. Thanks for your understanding!
The entire cleaning fee is paid to our cleaning team! It takes a lot of time and work to clean these large homes, including backyards such as pools and grills. Laundry is often taken off site, and it takes multiple loads for each of our homes.
