Every room of our home was designed to bring you joy and relaxation, just like the sunshine! Our hope is that you leave our home with happy memories and lots of love for Arizona. This is a NEW listing and we are thrilled to welcome our first guests! We are open for SUMMER bookings! Escape the heat with our pool and slide. The Sunshine House is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to a variety of attractions. You'll be a 30 min drive away from Lake Pleasant, a popular destination for boating, fishing, and hiking. The West Wing Mountain Preserve offers stunning views of the surrounding desert landscape, and the Peoria Sports Complex hosts a variety of sporting events and concerts. DINING ROOM ★ Large table with seating for 8 Across from the entry room is our dining room space! We have additional dining seating in the kitchen as well. LIVING ROOM ★ 50 Inch Smart TV ★ Large sectional seating for 10 Plenty of natural light through large windows. Spend time in our cozy living room with seating up to 10, surrounded by the kitchen and an additional dining table. POOL DISCLAIMER By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the pool is NOT supervised. Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times. GRILL We have a propane grill to be used outside only. Please clean up after usage! PACK N PLAY We offer a Pack N Play and High Chair for use! SECURITY We have installed a doorbell camera and cameras at at the sides of the house facing the gates. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the back yard. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in HOUSE RULES UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. NOTE: If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering for a birthday, graduation, or anything else, please note this in your booking! We would love to host you for your celebration and will authorize small gatherings on a case by case basis! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider through SUPERHOG. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. There is also a $30 Accidental Damage Waiver that will be requested. This waiver covers your stay for accidental damages up to $500, allowing you to enjoy your stay without worries about small accidents. Your booking is not confirmed with us until all SuperHog requirements have been fulfilled. Guests agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
