With a large backyard suited for gatherings with friends and family, enjoy time swimming, grilling, or playing on the putting green! Note that the pool is currently not heated, however we are working on having it installed in the upcoming months. Centrally located in Scottsdale, our retreat is within 10 min to Chaparral Park, Downtown Scottsdale, Old Town, Salt River Fields, and the Green Belt. Explore the vibrant arts scene, lake a leisurely stroll in the green belt, or catch a game at Salt River Fields. Westworld and TPC Scottsdale are 15-20 min away. POOL DISCLAIMER By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the pool is NOT supervised. Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times. HEATED POOL This pool is currently NOT heated. We are working to have a heated pool in short order, timeline TBD. CABLE TV Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook GRILL We have a gas grill outside ready for use! PACK N PLAY We offer a Pack N Play for our guests with children! Please request prior to your stay so that we can set it up for you SECURITY We have installed a doorbell camera and cameras at at the sides of the house facing the gates. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the backyard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in HOUSE RULES UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. SCOTTSDALE REGULATIONS This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Scottsdale Ordinance Section 4566, § 3, 10-25-22, eff. 1-8-23. The City of Scottsdale short-term registration number for this property is 2031167 Scottsdale restricts the occupancy limit of not more than six adults and their related dependent children. Scottsdale also does not allow hosting of corporate events, large parties, weddings, etc. To comply with Scottsdale city regulations, we have partnered with Safely for our guest verification process. By choosing to stay with us, guests agree to the following statement: I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation.
